EVT-Core

EVT-core is the newest advancement made by the Firmware Team on EVT. To support the custom hardware made by the Electrical Team, custom software is needed. EVT-core is a library designed on top of the ST HAL (hardware abstraction later) that allows the Firmware Team to have complete control over the STM microcontroller found on each board.

The goal of the project has been to improve the software development cycle, improve the onboarding process for new team members, and allow members to develop at every layer. From low level control of the microcontroller's clock settings all the way up to high level application development, EVT-core is designed to support it all.
